The decor was questionable at best, definitely not a modern hotel despite the photos. Mold everywhere, disgusting! I can't believe there were no complimentary amenities provided, i should've recived something for my trouble but no, just more unpleasantness. Such a shame, almost a nice place until it became unbearable!

The location is disturbing and hard to navigate, with inadequate parking options. My room was confronting with a broken TV and poor maintenance, while the lack of customer service was frustrating. It felt unsafe when staff entered my room without permission, leaving me with a sense of violation.

Everything was great, however we stayed for 5 nights only. The location was comfortable for Doncaster, next to the train station, the town center and restaurants close enough. It also was close to the city centre. Really enjoyed this hotel, had great experience.
